Used car export operation process in Africa!

 

1. Confirm the export qualification: In China, enterprises carrying out used car export business need to be selected by local authorities and reported to the Ministry of Commerce for the record to obtain the relevant export qualification.

2. Understand the import policy in Africa: African countries have different policies on importing used cars, so you should know the import policy of the destination country in advance.

3. Vehicle acquisition and preparation: look for used cars with legal sources and complete formalities in China to avoid purchasing unqualified or stolen vehicles.

4. Third-party testing: According to the requirements of African import policies, some countries may need to conduct third-party testing on imported used cars.

5. Apply for export license: exporters need to apply for an export license from the local commerce department with relevant export contracts, inspection reports and other materials.

6. Go through customs clearance and transportation procedures: After getting the export license, the exporter submits the contract, packing list, inspection report and other materials to the customs for customs clearance.

7. Customs clearance in destination country: after the vehicle arrives in Africa, it needs to go through the customs clearance process in the destination country.
