Applicable Countries: 20 African non–least developed countries that have diplomatic relations with China

Declaration Key Point: Fill in “30” in the Preferential Trade Agreement Code column

Official System: Dedicated certificate of origin issuing system launched on May 1

Egypt, Botswana, Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Cape Verde, Ghana, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Libya, Mauritius, Morocco, Namibia, South Africa, Seychelles, Tunisia, Nigeria
